The latest release has been a backward step. NONE of my uploaded information (pdf, jpg etc.) can be retrieved. Train journey information is displayed incorrectly. Both problems were reported months, but no improvement. I feel that there should be a way of marking cancelled cruises so that they appear in a separate category. My main gripe in the android app is that it insists on returning focus to the first entry in a trip after edit etc.2025-06-28 11:43:23

I'm Permanently deleting this app after giving it many opportunities to redeem itself. However, I can't abide the near constant errors it makes in in my itineraries. It misinterprets the itineraries and emails (for example, from airlines) and then gives False information about departure times, arrival times, airports, etc. The only thing I expect from this type of app is my ability to rely on it to give me correct information. App is actually very useful but have noticed a lot of instability lately. It keeps crashing and the notification doesn't seem to be working. I used to be able to receive notifications of delays, gate changes and etc. but now nothing. I love this app, but one thing I wish it would do is 'grab' screenshots of bording passes. Some airline apps / websites show you this image, but you have to be logged in to see it. Invariably, when you need it most, your log in had timed out and you have to scurry to log back in. The app doesn't need a log in, so if the image was saved there it'd be much faster to recall. I don't want to use a dozen apps when I am rushing through an airport. If I could keep it all in one that'd be awesome. Also, the "miles traveled" function in the Travel Stats part of the user profile doesn't seem to work, it says I've traveled zero miles...but it also lists 6 trips and 10 cities visited. The miles traveled part would be kind of fun to track, so it's a bummer that it doesn't seem to work.2025-06-26 07:18:31

Frustrating! I used this app a few years ago and remembered it being quite good. But over the last few days I have made around 10 bookings for one trip and only 3 of the confirmations have been picked up by TripIt. Even when forwarding the rest of the emails manually the still go in as "unfiled" and I needed to enter the details manually. Editing my review as I have now been able to enter all details manually, but very time consuming and fiddly, copying info across not user friendly.2025-06-26 05:04:02
