Great garage and entry was flawless but upon exit my app had erased the QR code. It was just gone. I think it had something to do with there being no internet connection in the garage because it came back the next time I checked it after I'd exited. I've been using this app for a long time and I used to love it ( ⭐⭐stars for old times sake) but for the last two times I pre-paid $40 for $25 parking spot because app says you need to pay $15 more for SUV but onsite they don't ask for it. Really used to love this app but it lost some of its appeal during the last update. This app used to tell you where street parking is prohibited and where the meters are but that function no longer works. The app is good for reservations and finding parking garages too bad it is not working for the street signs and meters anymore. Edit: I 100% rescind my endorsement of this app. The last time I used it, I came back to the garage at the end of the evening to find my car parked OUTSIDE (very near the street), UNLOCKED, UNATTENDED. In NYC, late at night. After complaining immediately to "Best" Parking, they offered me a $5 coupon for my "next" time using their app. That was the best they could do for me, apparently. I used to use Best Parking all the time when you could print a discount coupon. But now you have to pay in advance and with NY traffic and riots you don't even know if you can get to the garage you already paid for. At least with the coupon system I can print a backup garage coupon if I can't get to my first choice. When Best Parking goes back to the coupon system I'll go back to Best Parking.2024-05-22 14:58:34

I have been using this app off and on for yrs to check prices and find garages in Boston when I go in to the city. I used the advanced pay option for the first time this weekend and when we arrived to our surprise the garage was closed. I reached out and told them about my issue at about 9:30am and had a refund for the garage and a $5 credit in a cpl hours....outstanding customer service and response time on a Sunday no less.
