Horrible experience. Purchased a $90 parking ticket for a NFL game. Had to download the app to view the ticket. Download was easy but when attempting to view the ticket, impossible. Every attempt was a verification email to confirm it was me trying to view. When you click confirm on the verification email it cycles back to the app and says "Fail"...every time! This app is terrible. I purchased a ticket in the app, but it wasnt viewable in the app, nor was it delivered to my email. It was visible in the MLB Ballpark app. Because of that, I was not able to sell the ticket in Vivid Seats bc only physical ticket or PDF were listed as delivery options. For another game, I couldn't accessy tickets bc it said I needed to click a link in a verification email. When I clicked the link in the email, it said verification failed.2025-02-22 14:32:18
