SQUARE ENIX has unveiled an exhilarating new trailer for the highly anticipated RPG, SaGa Emerald Beyond. This captivating preview showcases Siugnas, the immortal vampire and Dismal King of Yomi, as he embarks on a thrilling journey in the fallen hero world of Brighthome after being dethroned.

Upon his arrival in Brighthome, Siugnas joins forces with the King and his trusted generals to combat the chaotic invaders. Together with the other generals, Siugnas must regain his lost powers and unravel the mystery behind his unexpected presence in this realm of the deceased.

The SaGa Emerald Beyond development team has also revealed fascinating details about the vampire race in the game. As a vampire, Siugnas possesses access to a wide range of technologies, spells, and equipment available to humans. However, vampires possess an additional ability called Sanguine Arts. Utilizing Sanguine Arts consumes LP (Life Points), but you can increase your maximum LP by draining the blood of your party members.

When a party member's blood is drained, they enter a thrall state, resulting in a decrease in their maximum LP. However, by equipping enthralled party members with Sanguine Gear, they can be transformed into powerful Knights. Knights boast higher max LP and gain the ability to use Sanguine Arts and Roles.

It's important to note that if a Knight is stripped of their Sanguine Gear, they become Wastrels. Once transformed, their LP is reduced to 1, rendering them unable to utilize Sanguine roles, tech, or arts. Additionally, once a party member becomes a Wastrel, their transformation cannot be reversed.

The new trailer also introduces a host of intriguing characters that players can recruit into their party. These include an adorable scarecrow from the Crowrealm, Dolores, a death metal singing maid who mistakes the Dismal King for her resurrected former master, and Simon, a battle machine hailing from another world.

Excitement builds as SaGa Emerald Beyond approaches its highly anticipated release on April 25th. The game will be available on iOS, Android, PlayStation 4 and 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. Prepare to embark on an epic adventure like no other! Download the game and immerse yourself in the enchanting world of SaGa Emerald Beyond.
