Batchbrew is a smart content organizer that combines a visual, Pinterest-like interface with file-aware storage to help you collect and reuse inspiration. It saves websites, PDFs, images, videos and podcasts into a searchable personal knowledge base so creatives and researchers can pull relevant material into project-specific Spaces instead of hunting through bookmarks, photo libraries or scattered cloud folders. Batchbrew captures web pages (including screenshots and raw HTML), groups resources, and keeps everything synced across devices so you can start new projects faster with the right references at hand.
⭐ Save websites with an integrated browser and store both a screenshot and the page's raw HTML for future reference.
⭐ Create Spaces to group links, files and media into project-focused collections, mood boards or learning tracks.
⭐ Link saved resources into multiple Spaces so a single item can serve several projects without duplication.
⭐ Desktop companion apps (macOS available, Windows coming soon) and mobile apps provide easy capture and access on the go.
⭐ Automatic sync and offline access keep your knowledge base available across devices, even without a connection.
✅ Centralizes diverse content types—websites, PDFs, images, videos and podcasts—into one searchable library for faster retrieval.
✅ Organizes inspiration into flexible Spaces that adapt to your workflow, whether you build mood boards or research dossiers.
✅ Keeps resources available across desktop and mobile with offline support, reducing friction when you switch devices.
✅ Active development delivers regular improvements and upcoming smart features to help you work with your saved knowledge more effectively.
❎ Free trial is limited (50MB cloud storage and up to 3 Spaces), so larger libraries require a paid plan.
❎ Paid upgrades must be completed on the desktop app rather than from mobile.
❎ Windows desktop support is listed as coming soon, so full desktop parity is not yet available for all users.
Batchbrew is developed by Giorgio, an independent creator who built the app alongside freelance work and a day job before moving to full-time development. The project has been funded and iterated privately, with the developer covering early server costs personally and shaping the app from hands-on experience with real creative workflows.
Batchbrew launched with core features like web capture, Spaces and cross-device sync and is updated frequently—improvements and new features are shipped every 2–4 weeks. The roadmap includes smarter search tools and a “magic” feature to help you work with your knowledge base; paid plans will add more storage and advanced search when available.
