Worked fine once I realised I was trying to setup a towel rail as a radiator. Error messages are not helpful but I got there in the end. Other than that, setup is fairly simple. I put my router into 2.5GHz only mode, no 5GHz. Not sure if that was important.

new update is pants i basically now have zero control over my heaters. it doesn't show the schedule, doesn't seem to save a new one, but heaters seem to have it, but go back in to app and there is no schedule. Can you please go back to previous version and fully test before releasing an update.

Basic heater and timing controls work. However energy usage and cost tracking dont work. The data needs to be more easily available and integration with Google Assistant, IFTTT or just an API is critical to make this platform actually worth it

Ridiculous , it's connected to device but not to the internet, it's setting up its own network so how does that actually work, 4 days trying to connect this , followed all instructions and still nothing, I'd rather have a big standard radiator than get stressed out over this thing, I even mailed you days ago and no one got back to me !!!

I've read some disappointing reviews on here but I can honestly say I havent had a single problem what so ever. It's controllable and the response time is great which goes towards saving money. The only downside I can see is the price. They've gone up recently but so has everything I guess!

We have had 7 heaters installed for 2 years. The app works well and no problems once setup on 2.4ghz WiFi. The usage statistics have never worked which is a great pity.
