I give it the second star because I can show my miles card and my miles count. Other than that the app is useless. It doesn't even serve as a login into website, where it will take you wherever you click on something. Flight awards? Website. Mileage calculator? Website. And the mobile website is another disaster in itself, mixing languages and regions.

A complete disaster, doesn't remember your settings and every attempt to book an award trip ends in a blank screen with no way out. One starts to wonder if the whole miles and more is just a scam, is it even possible to book an award flight? Possibly the worst and most useless app I've ever used.

Disappointed with the miles and more service. Flew business from Europe to South America and they did not add points automatically, neither after several emails and neither after I sent a letter with the original tickets. The TAP Portugal flight was on top of this delayed by a day and there's been no appropriate communication from miles and more Belgium. Very sad. Had two more intercontinental flights I booked with another airline. What's the point of a point program if it it's just hassle?

I can't believe that Lufthansa requires you to download an app to calculate miles. The calculation process is very cumbersome: you need to enter every little detail about your journey. I would guess that the flight number is enough for the app to find out origin, destination and operating airline, but no: you have to enter all of that and more manually.

This app has a huge problem with "Samsung Identification". After various trials, I cannot sign-in, both with M&M number + password, or email + password. A "Samsung certificate" (?) is asked, possibly due to privacy concerns. Since I cannot sign-in (as I do without problems on PC, even after the Travel ID procedure) it is totally useless.

Terrible navigation. Have you tried reading anything on the upgrade chart? Would help if it had legible resolution. P.S. also can't log in when trying to book a flight. This is the final nail in the coffin of miles and more for me. Switching to another miles program after several years.
