I intended to use this app to organise my SmugMug photos in spare moments when not at a PC. Unfortunately this is not possible. You cannot even edit keywords, captions or titles, let alone organise galleries. As a viewer, it is fine; however, it falls a long way short of what it could be, and what rival's apps do (eg Flickr). Edited to add : another star added as it is now possible to amend at least titles and captions, but not the rest. Edited Again: Another star - keywords now editable!2025-08-02 12:44:01

Editing to add that I have had no problem. Love Smugmug!.... SmugMug app keeps opening up by itself and playing videos. It happens when I am charging my phone. I sent a message to SmugMug but haven't heard back from them. What happened? SmugMug told me I had screensaver set to open while my phone is docked. I didn't even know I had that! This app has been steadily improved over the years and is now a pretty great way to interface with your SmugMug galleries. absolutely horrible. smugmug forces you to use their app to download your photos, instead of just letting you download directly to your device like on a desktop, and once you've downloaded your photos, you can't access them with your phone's file viewer.2025-08-01 02:30:01

Great update. Thank you. I had got behind with keywords and now I can grab 5 spare minutes on the phone or tablet without having to set up the laptop. Another request: is it possible to have a masterlist of the keywords we use to keep consistent.
