The app doesn't approve OTP and the app is barring my login. Additionally when I was using the app the mental health practitioners were so unprofessional. I attended around 2-3 sessions with a psychologist and then he told me that he would be referring me to someone else without my consent. I used this app for a few months and it had some tips and exercises that did help me a little. However, I felt that some of the exercises were very mediocre and text book, and weren't really helpful for more serious issues. I've done therapy for a while and was recommended some mental health apps, but this one doesn't give me as much support as I require.
